- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½ cups water or chicken broth
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: paprika garlic powder, shredded cheese, or frozen vegetables
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and water (or broth).
