  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: wood chips applewood or hickory for smoking

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over each breast and rub evenly to coat.
